To provide you with a seamless curation of clean skincare and premium lifestyle products, we operate on a Mixed Supply Network. Depending on the items you purchase, your order may be dispatched from our main laboratory warehouse in Hong Kong or directly from our dedicated international bespoke manufacturing partners.
Order Processing & Production Time
o Standard Skincare & In-Stock Items: Guaranteed to be ready for shipment within 2 working days from our Hong Kong warehouse.
o Lifestyle, Eco-Merchandise & Custom Items (Bespoke On-Demand Products): These pieces are crafted on-demand to eliminate waste and maintain exclusivity. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for production and crafting before shipment.
Our fulfillment and production centers operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong SAR and the respective manufacturing regions.
Split Shipments
If your order contains both standard skincare and custom lifestyle items, they will be shipped separately from different hubs. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
1. Local (Hong Kong) Delivery
o Skincare & Hong Kong Stocked Items: SF Express will pick up your order the same day it is ready. Delivery is normally made within 2 working days after pickup. Free shipping for all skincare orders within Hong Kong SAR.
SF Express will issue a real-time tracking number once our system notifies them when your order is ready to be shipped. An email will send to you with real-time tracking information.
o Bespoke Lifestyle Items (Shipped from Bespoke Production Hubs): Once crafted, items will be dispatched via international courier partners directly to your doorstep. Estimated delivery takes 5 to 10 working days post-production. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the specific product profile.
2. International Shipping (Skincare vs. Bespoke Lifestyle Items)
We offer international shipping to 16 countries: Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau SAR, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, and Vietnam.
o For Skincare Orders (Shipped from HK Warehouse): A flat shipping rate applies as listed in the table below.
o For Lifestyle & Bespoke Orders: Shipping rates and transit times are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination zone and product profile weight.
